Local governments are obliged and responsible to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights by realizing regional efforts to carry out the development of Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA). There are 5 (five) stages in KLA implementation, namely: KLA Planning, Pre-KLA, KLA Implementation, KLA Evaluation, and KLA Ranking. KLA evaluation is one of the stages in KLA implementation, carried out to find out the achievements of KLA implementation, the results of which are used as the basis for Determining KLA Ranking which consists of: (1) Pratama, (2) Madya, (3) Nindya, (4) Utama, and ( 5) KLA. The achievements of the Child-friendly Bantul Regency are explicitly stated in Mission Number 5 of the Bantul Regency Government in the 2021- 2026 RPJMD, and as much as possible are realized in order to maintain the dignity and credibility of the Bantul Regency Government. The Bantul Regency's ranking has not changed since 2018, namely obtaining an Madya rank. This study aims to design and implement an application system that facilitates the evaluation process of reporting on the implementation of Child Friendly Districts in Bantul Regency, with the hope that there will be an increase in the level to finally reach the KLA rating. Based on the agreement of the leadership of Bantul Regency, this application system was then given the name "Cinta Anak Bantul". With RAD method, the application system was successfully built and implemented. The results show that based on the evaluation and ranking of KLA, on July 22, 2022 in the ChildFriendly District/City Award event held by the Ministry of PPPA RI in commemoration of National Children's Day 2022, Bantul Regency managed to level up to get the Nindya rank. Of course, the implementation of this application system is only one of the small factors that influence this achievement, the Bantul Regency Government's program policy is the main key that has a big and more real impact on achieving KLA.
